The briefing request form opens an email in your own mail application; nothing entered in the form is submitted to the website. The request reaches us only when you send the email.
For client portal users, we maintain account information (name, work email, and company), access keys, and usage records. Usage records contain job identifiers, counts, and status. They do not contain document contents.
Our hosting and security provider processes technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the website, and may set cookies needed for security. Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide and secure client accounts, prepare statements and invoices, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate this website and the client portal on our behalf, or when required by law.
