Submit a parts list

Upload the list as you have it: a BOM export, a spreadsheet, a supplier quote, a packing list or a scan. We read the file, map its columns, screen every line for country of origin and NDAA, ASDA and FCC findings, then match each part against supplier and manufacturer catalogs. Delivered enrichment fields follow the data packs included with the job’s plan. Screening findings require review and are not legal certification.

Hosted intake excludes CUI and export-controlled data. Check your file before selecting it; automatic detection of controlled content is not provided.

Excel workbooks (we pick the sheet with the parts list), CSV and TSV in any encoding, JSON, Word tables.
PDFs, scans and photos: read here by the document reader, or sent as the original for extraction on our own machine. Either way each line keeps its page reference.
Title rows, section headings, totals and repeated headers are skipped and counted.
You can correct any column’s meaning before submitting.

What happens next

Received. The file is encrypted under your organization’s own key and fingerprinted (SHA-256), and its lines are held against your allowance.
Processing. Each part is matched against supplier catalogs and screened for origin and compliance; gaps are held for your review, never filled in.
Delivered. Download the results, the NDAA/ASDA compliance matrix and the report here or through the API, add your own note, and delete the files whenever you are done.

Files are deleted automatically 30 days after a job finishes. Blue Ridge staff cannot open them unless an owner grants support access under Data & security.
